  • A read-through with a detailed letter of response, which provides comments regarding the substantive issues of the manuscript, but does not include line edits. There is a flat fee for this service.
  • Or, both line edits and a letter of response. Ask me about package prices for this service.

A follow-up phone conversation or in-person meeting is included in both services.

In the letter of response, I address the technical strengths and weaknesses of your manuscript. I also give you feedback on the "story" of the novel or memoir--in other words, the essential narrative thread that moves the characters along while, hopefully, holding the reader's attention.
